TERMS OF OFFER
- All users who sign up for a Capital Wallet account from 20/03/2023, at 12.00 UTC until 30/04/2023, at 12.00 UTC, will be able to accept cryptocurrency payments with zero fees for a period of 1 month following their account activation.
- This offer initiates the day and time of the account activation and is applicable to all transactions completed within 30 days of the account activation.
- The offer applies to payments received in any of the supported cryptocurrencies and stablecoins.
- For the purposes of this offer, ‘New Users’ are defined as Companies that create a Merchant or Corporate account between 20/03/2023 at 12.00 UTC and 30/04/2023 at 12.00 UTC, and that have not previously held an active Merchant or Corporate account before this time period.
- Account activation is the point at which a new user has successfully completed all the necessary steps to create, verify their account, get their Wallets integrated in their systems (Merchant accounts only) and can start using the service.
Eligibility
- Only new users are eligible for this promotion.
- Employees, officers and representatives, and the immediate family members of such employees, officers and representatives (i.e., parent, spouse, siblings, children, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings, and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household, whether or not related) of Capital Wallet or its affiliated companies, parent companies, subsidiaries, participating promotional partners, advertising and promotion agencies, webmasters and any company involved in the creation, design, execution, production, or fulfilment of the Promotion are not eligible for this offer.
Termination of Offer
This offer will be terminated for any of the following reasons – whatever comes first:
- if the transacted amount from accepted payments exceeds 1 million USD and / or
- if 30 calendar days have elapsed since the initiation of the offer.
